I live in the DFW area, can I avoid shipping charges and pick up my purchases?
Yes! Please select "Pick Up" during checkout and send us an email to arrange a time and place.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Generally, no. We only accept returns on items that arrive at your doorstep damaged. You will need to give proof of damaged items with pictures.
Do you ship to Canada and other countries?
Yes, absolutely! We are happy to ship worldwide!
Are international customs fees covered under shipping charges?
Nope. Customs fees are completely out of our control and we have nothing to do with them. The buyer is 100% responsible for any "Import Charges" or "Customs Fees" required upon delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
